Game Fees

Game fees are based on the age division you are refereeing, in accordance with the OSA guidelines.

Note: In the odd case during the season, tournament or playoffs, we may need to assign substitute referees. If this occurs, you will be paid that game fee.

Penalties

Late call to statistician (after 9:30 p.m.) or incomplete info: $5

No show up or failing to report at all to the statistician: $10

How do you get paid?

We pay twice per season only for the games that I assign on behalf of PYSC. The first payment for our club includes the months of May and June and Ron Thompson Tournament. You will receive this cheque in July by mail. The second payment includes the months of July and August and the Playoffs. You will receive this cheque in September by mail. A breakdown of your games will accompany each cheque. If you find any discrepancies with your payment, you should contact me within two weeks after receiving the cheque. After that, we archive the paperwork, and we may not be able to pay retro. If we will pay after the deadline, we will charge $10 service fee.

Note: If you are assigned games by other clubs, please contact the person that assigned you those games, rather than me, for your paycheque. I am responsible for the games that I assign you on behalf of PYSC only.
